By accessing the CIRS Investor Dataroom, you ("Recipient") agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all information, documents, and materials provided by Cirstrust Tech OÜ ("Company").

2. PERMITTED USE

The Confidential Information may only be used for the purpose of evaluating a potential business relationship with the Company.

• Keep all materials strictly confidential
• Not share access credentials with any third party
• Use information solely for evaluation purposes

3. RESTRICTIONS

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials
• Reverse engineer or derive works from the technology
• Disclose information to third parties

4. LEGAL RECOURSE

Breach may result in legal action under Estonian, EU, and international IP laws.

5. DURATION

This confidentiality obligation remains in effect for 5 years from access date.
